SHORT DESCRIPTION: The Mall of Prishtina will be a family-oriented Regional Shopping Center that will accommodate retail and entertainment focused activities, which are typical of this type of structure. There will be approximately 240 Tenants that occupy the building. The Mall will be anchored by a large format Supermarket, Cinema, Family/Entertainment Center, Home Improvement, Home Furnishing Stores, Major Fashion Anchor Tenants and a large Food Court. Fashion stores, shops, coffee bars, restaurants, entertainment, outdoor self-service restaurants will also occupy the lease spaces of the mall. Basement rooms will provide 1,444 covered parking spaces and typical service rooms, while other floors will provide space for rentals and service rooms.

The GBA’s area will be approximately 230,000m2, while the expected attendance of the center is about 9,000,000 people per year. The public space will be organized vertically across all 3 levels and enable for shops of different sizes such as Anchor, Mini Anchor, Medium Anchor, Inline Retail, Food Court, Cinema and Entertainment. This arrangement will maximize all of the tenants visibility. The space provided for the Cinema Halls will allow for a capacity 2,000 seats.
