SHORT DESCRIPTION: The building comprises of basement and ground floor, with approximately 6.500m2 per floor.  The roof area is used for parking of 450 cars.  E/MN design includes a very demanding fire protection system with seismic design, HVAC, Electrical installations, plumbing and drainage.
