PRIVATE RESIDENCE IN ATHENS

The project involves the comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design for a luxury private residence located in Athens. The site features approximately 3,500 m² of indoor spaces, including a swimming pool, situated on a 4,000 m² plot. This development aims to create an elegant and inviting environment that caters to the recreational and leisure needs of its residents. The detailed design incorporates advanced installations, including HVAC systems with underfloor heating and air conditioning units to provide optimal climate control throughout the residence. Energy-efficient air-cooled heat pumps enhance the building’s energy performance, while exterior thermal insulation and protective measures for the building envelope promote energy conservation and sustainability.

Additional design elements address water supply systems, wastewater and stormwater drainage, and irrigation infrastructure to support the residence’s operational requirements. The electrical design encompasses high voltage systems for lighting, motion detection, and management, as well as low voltage systems for data, CCTV, and communication. Completed successfully, this luxury private residence exemplifies modern living while prioritizing sustainability and efficiency. JEPA’s expertise in MEP design ensured high-quality installations that significantly enhance the functionality and comfort of the home.
