NAPIER GATEWAY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

The Napier Gateway project is a significant development located within the Napier Park area of Luton, approximately 1.5 km east of Luton Town Centre. It consists of 685 residential apartments housed within two separate 22-storey building blocks, designated as RBA and RBB. The project occupies a site with a gross floor area of approximately 6.9 acres, situated on the northern side of Kimpton Road. In addition to the residential apartments, the development features retail spaces, a gym, and resident parking, contributing to an enhanced community experience. JEPA was deeply involved in the project, providing detailed electromechanical design services in collaboration with GPC Consultants as part of Stage 3 of the project.
