GOLDEN UNION OFFICE BUILDING

The Golden Union Office Building project involves the renovation of an existing office building in Lykovrisi, covering a total surface area of 9,000 m², along with an additional 3,000 m² for basements. The project is designed to enhance the office facility while integrating modern electromechanical services. JEPA was actively involved in the detailed design and oversight of the electromechanical installations, which included systems for air conditioning, heating, ventilation, rainwater drainage, plumbing for hot and cold water supply, power distribution, and fire protection systems. The scope also encompasses the review of “as built” drawings to ensure accuracy in implementation.

Additionally, the design includes new electromechanical solutions for the surrounding area, featuring an irrigation tank, primary irrigation network, new drilling, and environmental infrastructure, as well as facilities for a gym and entrance. By incorporating effective and sustainable systems, the Golden Union Office Building is set to provide a modern and efficient environment for its occupants, enhancing both functionality and comfort.
