VOULA OFFICE BUILDING (VOB)

The project, titled “Voula Office Building (VOB),” is strategically positioned at 17 Karamanli Avenue within the Municipal Unit of Voula, in the approved urban planning scheme of the Municipality of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni. This innovative five-story office building, which includes two basements, a rooftop, and a rooftop pool, spans a total area of 2,000 m². The design features a ground floor that acts as an open garden, merging the indoor common utilities seamlessly with the outdoor space, fostering a connection with nature. The office floors are thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort while providing access to green balconies that enhance the workspace’s appeal and promote a sense of well-being.

JEPA was integral to the project, undertaking the detailed design of the electromechanical installations. Our expertise ensures the implementation of cutting-edge climate control systems, energy-efficient electrical solutions, and effective water management strategies. Additionally, JEPA is committed to facilitating the building’s attainment of LEED Gold Certification, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability and environmentally friendly practices throughout the construction process. The Voula Office Building aims to create a modern and engaging workplace that not only meets the needs of its occupants but also harmonizes with the surrounding environment, ultimately setting a standard for responsible development in the area.
