The Arena S.A. & Marena S.A. Office Building is a modern facility located at the intersection of Mesogion and Europis in Maroussi, Attica. The project involves a two-floor office building complemented by two basements, covering a total office area of 3,100 m². The detailed design includes essential installations such as HVAC systems, electrical systems, grounding and lightning protection, weak currents and intrusion systems, plumbing and drainage, and fire protection. JEPA contributed to the detailed design of the electromechanical installations, ensuring that all systems were efficiently integrated to meet high standards of safety, functionality, and operational effectiveness
