SHORT DESCRIPTION:

The new hotel will be constructed in an area by the seaside of approximately 117.771 m2, which is physically divided into three sections. The main building will be located in the middle section, with bungalows, reception, lobby and utilities and mainly bungalows with private pools will be constructed in the adjacent sections. Approximately 352 rooms will be constructed in total. The total GLA is given at approximately 22.300 m2 covered areas with main use, 4.400 m2 semi-covered areas and 10.000 m2 of basements.

Sustainable design with geothermal application and highly efficient systems are employed throughout.
