SHORT DESCRIPTION:

The project is located on the northwest side of the site and it is approximately 150 acre.

The whole design takes into account Iraqi architecture in general and Baghdad especially, but tries to express it in a contemporary way reflecting what is new in building sport stadium and emphasizing on the distinguished architectural  philosophy. Apart of the main stadium capacity 30.000 viewers two more stadiums will be designed with capacity 500 and 2.000 spectators respectively. Additionally, the design takes into consideration possibilities for expansion of the coordinated site for shopping centers, restaurants, cinemas, health clubs and so on, so that a harmonious unit is produced, which encourages public to visit the site. It must be mentioned that the whole design is ruled by international, FIFA and IAAF regulations and standards.
