SWIMMING POOL OF THE NATIONAL SPORTS CENTER OF CHIOS ISLAND

The project involved the construction of a swimming pool facility in Chios, designed to accommodate 2,500 spectators. The comprehensive design included a range of electromechanical systems that ensured efficient operation and user comfort. Key components of the project encompassed air conditioning, electrical installations, grounding and lightning protection, low voltage electrical systems, hydraulic systems, fire protection measures, and the swimming pool basin itself. The facility spans a total area of approximately 12,000 m², situated on a site covering around 45,000 m². The design aimed to create a modern swimming environment that meets the needs of athletes and spectators while adhering to relevant safety and operational standards.

JEPA was instrumental in the detailed design of the electromechanical installations, ensuring the seamless integration of advanced systems to enhance the functionality of the swimming pool complex. The project has successfully established a vibrant venue for promoting aquatic sports in the Chios region, contributing to the overall development of sports and recreation in the area.
