MEDITERRANEAN COSMOS

The Mediterranean Cosmos Shopping Center is a prominent retail complex located in Thessaloniki. Covering a total built area of 83,000 m² on a plot area of 150,000 m², this project is designed to provide a vibrant shopping experience for visitors. The detailed design includes a range of essential installations encompassing HVAC systems with distributed plumbing for heating and cooling, electrical systems, grounding and lightning protection, weak currents and intrusion systems, plumbing and drainage, and fire protection. Additionally, the design features a power gallery spanning 1,300 m², supporting the operational requirements of the shopping center.

JEPA was actively involved in the detailed design of the electromechanical installations, ensuring that all systems were integrated efficiently to enhance the overall functionality, safety, and energy efficiency of the Mediterranean Cosmos Shopping Center. This project stands as a significant contribution to the retail landscape of Thessaloniki, offering a captivating shopping environment for the community.
