ARINI S.A SHOPPING AT NEO PSYCHIKO

The Arini S.A. project involves the detailed design of a new four-floor shopping and office building located on Kifisias Avenue in Neo Psychiko, Athens. The development also includes four levels of underground parking, accommodating the needs of both office workers and visitors. The total built area of the facility is 9,400 m². JEPA was responsible for the detailed design, which encompasses essential installations such as HVAC systems, electrical systems, grounding and lightning protection, weak currents and intrusion systems, plumbing and drainage, and fire protection.
