FOUGARO’ CREATIVITY SPACE (LISTED BUIDLING)

The historical industrial site “Fougaro,” formerly the canning company “Anthos,” has been expertly renovated and transformed into the Fougaro Creativity Space, a large interactive art and creativity venue located in Nafplio, Argolida, Greece. This vibrant facility includes a library of art and humanities, exhibition and concert halls, art workshops for both children and adults, as well as a café and ArtShop, serving as a cultural hub for the community.

JEPA was actively involved in the electromechanical design for this project, which encompassed essential systems including HVAC, electrical installations, grounding and lightning protection, weak currents and intrusion systems, plumbing and drainage, and fire protection. The total building area is 5,500 m², with a surrounding area of 7,700 m², providing ample space for artistic expression and creative activities. The renovation of “Fougaro” not only preserves its historical significance but also enhances its functionality, fostering a collaborative environment where art and creativity can thrive.
