The Leroy Merlin Megastore is situated at 60 Kifissou Avenue in Athens, covering a total area of 25,885 m² on a plot of 2,317.60 m². The facility houses stores such as Leroy Merlin, Jysk, and Intersport, and includes a total of 461 underground and outdoor parking spaces. The building comprises a basement and a ground floor, with the roof area also allocated for parking. JEPA provided detailed design services for the electromechanical installations, which include a sophisticated fire protection system with seismic design, as well as HVAC, electrical installations, plumbing, and drainage.
