DATA CENTER – LUSAIL TOWER

The New Data Center , developed by Lusail Real Estate Development Company W.L.L., will be designed to support the growing IT infrastructure needs of the client. This facility covers a total area of 950 m², with 320 m² dedicated to IT space, operating at a Tier III level to ensure reliable performance and uptime, with an IT load of 650 kW. JEPA provides a comprehensive range of services, including due diligence, preliminary design, and detailed fit-out design consultancy services specifically for the data center at Lusail Plaza Towers.
