DIGITAL REALTY – ATHENS II DATA CENTER

The Athens II data centre of Digital Realty Hellas S.A. in Koropi, Greece, includes an initial data center completed in 2014 and the extension completed in 2017. The data centre, completed in 2014, spans a total area of 1,800 m², with 760 m² dedicated to IT space, operating at a Tier III level to ensure enhanced reliability and uptime, supported by an IT connection power of 1,600 kW. This facility is certified with LEED v4 Gold BD+C by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and holds Tier III Certification from the Uptime Institute. JEPA provided detailed design services for this project, ensuring compliance with all technical and operational standards.

The extension completed in 2017 added an additional 230 m² of space, operating at a Tier III level with an IT connection power of 500 kW. JEPA also provided detailed design services for this phase, ensuring adherence to necessary technical and operational standards.
