SHORT DESCRIPTION: Main project features: The Soufari Serai is situated in the eastern part of the Castle of Ioannina, near the Turkish library. It was built in 1818 and is the building that used to accommodate the cavalry school of Ali Pasha. It is a bulky, elongated, stone building that is covered by four parallel roofs.
