SHORT DESCRIPTION: Renovation of the hotel complex consisting of 650 beds, Main building, restaurants, conference center, swimming pools & spa facilities. Total built are: 38.000m², Total surrounding area: 220.000m²
New technologies with emphasis in sustainable design were implemented and resulted in excess of 48% energy saving, and 23% saving in water consumptions.
