SHORT DESCRIPTION: Luxury resort development with special thematic profile being the second world-wide development related to arts, following the already executed project of “Naoshima Art Island”, located in the Seto Inland Sea of Japan. Oxia Island is a 420 hectares privately owned non inhabitated island.

The overall scheme includes 85.000m2 of floor area development, including 2 hotels, resort villas and houses in 5 neighborhoods, marina, restaurants, and beaches. The art village with artists’ workshops, museum, galleries, central agora, open theatres.
