SHORT DESCRIPTION: The historical industrial site “Fougaro” renovated and modified to a large interactive art and creativity space which includes library of art and humanities, exhibition and concert halls, arts workshop for children and adults, café and ArtShop. The E/M design included: HVAC, Electrical, Grounding and Lightning protection, Weak Currents and Intrusion, Plumbing and Drainage, Fire Protection. Total Building Area : 5.500 m².Total Surrounding Area : 7.700 m².
