SHORT DESCRIPTION: Participation in the scheme for Greece-Israel Bilateral R&T Cooperation 2013-2015, Esco smart city energy plan (escocity) –  funded by General Secretariat of Research and Technology. The project is the design, development and implementation of an integrated Web Portal, addressed to city authorities. ESCOCITY Web Portal integrates advanced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) technologies in a single electronic web-based platform to provide energy management services for public building, facilities, venues, etc.
