SHORT DESCRIPTION:
The study includes the extension of the offices areas to the Ground level as well as refurbishment for the rest of the case study building. The detailed design includes the following installations:
- HVAC
- Electrical
- Grounding and Lightning protection
- Weak currents and Intrusion
- Plumbing and Drainage
- Fire protection
Total Built Area: 7.000 m²
