SHORT DESCRIPTION:

Renovation of ex Ledra Marriot Hotel at 115, Syggrou avenue, Athens. The hotel comprises of 324 rooms and suites, 10 conference centers, closed swimming pools and spa area, new restaurant and open swimming pools on the 1st and 8th floor as well as new mechanical area serving the lobby and the mezzanine.
